Qualification: Bachelor Degree + MBA

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Set clear sales goals and performance targets for the team, and monitor progress toward achieving them.
• Team Management:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and addresses client needs and concerns promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and retaining customers, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Operations:
• Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, including managing sales processes, tracking sales activities, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics
• Implement and maintain sales tools and technologies to support the team’s effectiveness and efficiency.
• Market Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and adjust sales tactics as needed.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales programs.
• Budget and Financial Management:
• Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Monitor expenses and analyze financial performance related to sales activities.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities where appropriate.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and practices, and implement changes to enhance performance.
• Stay updated with the latest sales techniques and industry developments to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
