About the Role

As a Business Growth & Strategic Coordination Manager, you will:

• Act as a key link between leadership, sales teams, suppliers, corporate clients, and channel partners across all our businesses (Construction & Agriculture Equipment, Interiors, Fuel, Construction Chemicals, IT & Technology).
• Identify and convert business opportunities through proactive engagement, presentations, and market visits when required.
• Explore and develop potential partnerships and projects in the IT sector for our technology company, alongside our core business operations.
• Evaluate the financial impact of deals to ensure profitability and business sustainability.
• Monitor and drive business performance through strategic coordination, planning, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth business operations and growth.
✔ Identify new markets, business opportunities, and leads across sectors — including construction, agriculture, interiors, IT, corporate and government segments.✔ Conduct meetings, presentations, and client visits to build business relationships and close deals when needed.✔ Understand both marketing strategies and financial implications to create profitable and sustainable business proposals.✔ Support leadership in decision-making by sharing timely reports, insights, and market trends.✔ Create, implement, and follow up on strategic plans to boost sales and business visibility.

Qualifications & Skills Required

✅ Male/Female candidates with 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Corporate Relations, or Strategic Coordination.
✅ Strong marketing sense with the ability to turn opportunities into revenue.✅ Understanding of financial basics — profitability, cost management, pricing strategies, and ROI.✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation & interpersonal skills.✅ Must be energetic, optimistic, enterprising, and willing to travel for meetings when required.✅ Experience in IT/business tech marketing or exposure to multiple industries will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
