Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team based in Churchgate, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forming strong client relationships, and driving the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound strategies.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand and meet their needs.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business strategy.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare compelling business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product to ensure client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
