Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to accelerate business growth across industrial, commercial, and government sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in B2B industrial marketing or sales, with strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical products and their applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and government sectors.
  •  Promote and sell company products, including LT/HT Panels, Power Transformers, Control Panels, and Automation Systems.
  •  Develop and implement marketing strategies and sales plans to expand market reach for electrical and mechanical products.
  •  Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular interactions and solution-oriented discussions.
  •  Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to refine and strengthen sales strategies.
  •  Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, proposal creation, pricing, negotiation, and closure
  •  Coordinate with internal technical, design, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  •  Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the electrical and automation domain.
  • Candidate Requirements:
  •  Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a technical background (Electrical / Mechanical) are preferred.
  •  Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B industrial marketing or sales & marketing.
  •  Candidates with prior experience in electrical or mechanical product marketing or selling will be given strong preference.
  •  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.  Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused professional.
  •  Preference for candidates with their own vehicle for client visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
