Role Overview

Business Development Manager (B2B)

You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth — from prospecting and presales discussions to deal closure and post-sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B leads through research, outreach, and networking.
• Conduct high-quality discovery and qualification calls with decision-makers (Founders, CXOs, Tech Leaders).
• Present Infra360’s solutions effectively and tailor proposals based on client needs.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams during presales and post-sales stages.
• Manage the complete sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and report sales progress regularly.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and cloud market developments.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience (IT/Cloud/Tech services preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable engaging with CXOs, Founders, and senior decision-makers.
• Experience in
