Business Development Manager (B2B)

As a Business Development Manager (B2B) at Crunchys food products, your role will be to drive business growth through identifying, developing, and managing B2B partnerships, distribution channels, and institutional clients. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, generating new leads, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies for business growth and sales development - Plan and execute market expansion initiatives to reach new customers - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Coordinate with internal teams for effective reporting and communication on sales activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is preferred - Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales is required - Fluent in English language - Willingness to travel up to 100% - Strong network in the B2B food industry - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Please note: This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam, Kerala.
