As a Business Development Manager (B2B) at Infra360, you will be part of a fast-growing cloud and DevOps solutions company that focuses on helping organizations modernize their infrastructure and accelerate delivery securely across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Your role will involve driving revenue growth through various stages of the sales process from lead generation to post-sales coordination. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and generate new B2B leads through research, outreach, and networking. - Conduct high-quality discovery and qualification calls with decision-makers such as Founders, CXOs, and Tech Leaders. - Present Infra360's solutions effectively and customize proposals based on client requirements. - Collaborate with technical and delivery teams during presales and post-sales stages. - Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. - Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales progress reports. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and cloud market developments. **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in IT/Cloud/Tech services. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Comfortable engaging with CXOs, Founders, and senior decision-makers. - Experience in cloud sales, DevOps, or infrastructure solutions is a plus. - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking. - Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-starter attitude. - Available for immediate or early joining.
