Job Description

Job Title: B2B Business Development Executive Role Definition Responsible for generating revenue for shipping industries by sourcing inquiries and converting them into contracts. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Data Sourcing and Management Identify potential leads ("door openers") through multiple data sources. Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of prospects. Sales Meetings (Offline & Online) Set up meetings with decision-makers to understand their requirements or aspirations. Sales Proposals Prepare compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs, post-approval from senior management. Sales Conversion Follow up diligently and close deals based on a win-win approach. Maintain profitability in line with top management's guidelines. Client Coordination Maintain healthy client relationships. Serve as the communication bridge between the customer and operations from contract initiation to transaction completion. Gather feedback and handle complaints.
