Business Development Manager (IT Services)

Role Overview

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in

    domestic and international markets

    (US, UK, Middle East, APAC).
  • Generate high-quality leads via

    LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and events

    .
  • Build

    partnerships, collaborations, and alliances

    with agencies, startups, and corporates to bring recurring IT projects.
  • Manage the

    end-to-end sales cycle

    from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain strong client and partner relationships for

    repeat and referral business

    .
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical & delivery) to create proposals, RFPs, and tailored solutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell IT services (web, mobile, SaaS, cloud, enterprise software).
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and partnership targets; provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Stay updated on

    industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

    to position offerings effectively.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of proven experience in

    Business Development / IT Sales / Partnerships

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    IT services and software solutions

    (web, mobile, SaaS, cloud, AI, enterprise).
  • Hands-on with

    CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

    and lead gen platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to

    build strategic partnerships

    and bring collaborative business opportunities.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
