Role Overview

Digital Marketer

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach (Inbound + Outbound)

  • Develop and execute

    B2B lead generation campaigns

    to attract potential clients from IT, SaaS, AI, and software domains.
  • Drive outreach via

    LinkedIn (using LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

    , direct messages, InMail's, comments, and engagement posts.
  • Identify and connect with prospects via

    freelance platforms

    like

    Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, Fiverr, and Good Firms

    .
  • Generate and qualify leads from inbound inquiries, referrals, web forms, email campaigns, and strategic outreach.
  • Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads) to capture targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with founders and sales teams to refine messaging and prospect targeting.

Content Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Create and manage high-quality content including

    blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email copy, and landing pages

    .
  • Write on technical subjects such as

    AI, Web3, SaaS, DevOps, Cloud, Enterprise Software

    , and Software Development.
  • Optimize all content using

    SEO tools

    like

    Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO

    , and integrate keyword strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accuracy and industry relevance in content.

Social Media Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Manage company profiles on

    LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Threads

    , and relevant tech communities.
  • Conduct

    direct outreach

    via DMs, comments, and targeted engagement on social media to spark conversations.
  • Plan and schedule

    campaigns and posts

    using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Build an engaged audience by regularly participating in IT forums, SaaS discussions, start up communities, and LinkedIn groups.

Website Management & Analytics

  • Ensure the website is optimized for

    conversion, performance, and SEO

    .
  • Use tools like

    Google Analytics, Hotjar, Search Console

    , and

    A/B testing

    to track performance and improve the user journey.
  • Coordinate with UI/UX designers to enhance website structure, CTAs, landing pages, and funnel strategies.

AI-Powered Marketing & Automation

  • Use

    AI-based marketing tools

    such as

    Chat GPT, Jasper AI, Copy.ai, Mailmodo, and Instantly.ai

    to automate engagement and content creation.
  • Implement

    AI chatbots

    for lead qualification and website interaction.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Freshmarketer) for personalized nurturing.

Partnerships & Channel Development

  • Explore and build partnerships with

    tech companies, marketing agencies, SaaS firms, Chartered Accountants

    , and other B2B networks for cross-referrals.
  • Assist in identifying collaboration opportunities with

    industry influencers

    or startup communities.
  • Track and maintain records of leads, partnerships, and funnel performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 0 to 2+ years

    of experience in digital marketing and lead generation, preferably in an

    IT, SaaS, or software development company

    .
  • Strong hands-on skills in:
    • SEO

      (on-page, off-page, technical)
    • PPC

      (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
    • Content marketing

      (blogs, case studies, email marketing)
    • Social media outreach

  • Working knowledge of:
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    • Freelance platforms

      (Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, etc.)
    • Marketing tools

      (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
    • AI tools

      (ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Jasper AI)
  • Understanding of

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in
