Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting ASRC's services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The role requires regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong knowledge of HSE Risk Management, Industrial Safety, Sustainability and Environmental Management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop strategic plans & new clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the HSE consulting is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
