Strong understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
Knowledge of shipping and transportation methods, import/export processes, and industry trends.
Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the shipping and logistics field.
Awareness of market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive intelligence within the freight forwarding industry.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to shipping and
logistics services
Actively convert customer inquiries and leads into confirmed orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer requirements.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to customer needs.
Provide support for customers by addressing their concerns and facilitating smooth order execution.
Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each shipment, maintaining consistency and compliance.
- Monitor the progress of each shipment, proactively addressing any operational issues that may arise.
Track invoices and payment status, ensuring timely and accurate payment collection.
Act as a point of contact to resolve any issues related to shipments, customer concerns, and operational challenges.
