This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Delhi, India. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive growth. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to maintain project alignment and foster long-term partnerships with clients.
● Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across schools, warehouses,
and office infrastructure projects.
o KPI: Minimum of 5 qualified leads generated per month.
o KPI: At least 2 proposals/quotations submitted per month.
o KPI: Conversion of minimum 1 new client/project per quarter.
● Build and nurture client relationships with leading educational groups, corporates, and
institutional partners.
o KPI: Maintain and update CRM/client database with 100% accuracy.
o KPI: Minimum of 5 client meetings (in-person/virtual) per month.
● Drive partnerships and alliances to expand Acumen’s client base and project pipeline.
o KPI: At least 2 strategic partnerships/alliances initiated per year.
Brand Development (30%)
● Strengthen Acumen’s brand visibility through marketing and communications.
o KPI: Minimum of 3 marketing campaigns and social media posts per week.
o KPI: Achieve at least 15% growth in LinkedIn followers/engagement in 6 months.
o
● Support participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and award platforms.
o KPI: Successfully plan and execute participation in at least 2 industry events per
year.
● Build strong positioning of Acumen as India’s leading infrastructure partner.
o KPI: Minimum of 4 thought-leadership articles/press releases prepared annually.
3. Business Operations & Founder’s Office Support (20%)
● Provide operational support for initiatives driven by the Founder’s Office including
campus, online and off-line recruitment.
● Coordinate cross-functional projects (hiring, client engagement, internal reporting).
● Ensure smooth execution of strategic priorities and act as a link between business teams
