Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of construction projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients and stakeholders, leading project teams, managing risk mitigation, and supervising procurement and resource allocation. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering strong client relationships to maintain project excellence.

KRA-

• Develop detailed project plans, work programs, and schedules.
• Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications prior to execution.
• Prepare project budgets, cost projections, and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct site assessments and evaluate constraints, risks, and requirements.
• Lead day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and works.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and snag rectification.
• Prepare final documentation, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and warranties.
• Ensure smooth handover to the client and close out financial accounts.

Experience/ Education-

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, office, hospitality, Warehousing, residential).
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Technical Skills.

• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and finishes.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
