Business Development Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities, leads, and partnerships.
• Support senior BD team in client outreach, follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and coordination.

• Create professional pitch decks, investor presentations, and business proposals.

• Assist in preparing financial reports, project costing summaries, and basic feasibility data.

• Prepare internal/external presentations for meetings, events, and client discussions.

• Maintain CRM records, lead pipelines, and business development databases.

• Conduct market and competitor research for strategy building.

• Coordinate with internal departments (legal, architecture, PMC, marketing) for proposal submissions.

• Participate in client meetings, events, and site visits.

• Provide weekly BD reports and performance updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint (PPT), Excel, and MS Word is mandatory.

• Ability to create pitch decks and visually appealing presentations.

• Basic understanding of financial statements, costing, and project feasibility.

• Good analytical and research skills.

• Creative thinking with attention to detail in presentations and reports.

• Highly motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.

• Ability to multitask and work under timelines.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking.
