Job Description

As a potential candidate for the position, your role will involve working alongside managers to accept delegated responsibilities and duties with the aim of progressing to a managerial role in the future. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to devise and execute marketing strategies, product campaigns, and market-specific initiatives. - Assist managers in planning and overseeing the activities of the Sales and Marketing teams. - Conduct various marketing research activities, such as analyzing prospective clients, current market conditions, competitor information, and marketing events. - Evaluate the results of market research to inform decision-making processes. - Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities efficiently within allocated budgets. - Regularly report on marketing activities and outcomes to the management team. - Conduct briefings and debriefings for marketing activities. - Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing customers. - Identify potential new customers for business expansion and capitalize on major sales opportunities. - Develop sales proposals and represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. - Handle customer inquiries and serve as a key source of customer and product information. - Identify sales and marketing issues, providing recommendations for proactive or remedial actions to address business challenges. - Perform any other duties as assigned by the management team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/College degree is a minimum requirement. - Possess a proactive and collaborative personality with a strong teamwork ethic. - Capable of working effectively under pressure in a dynamic work environment. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrates adaptability, flexibility, and strong multitasking abilities. - Must have a business-oriented mindset. - Openness to travel internationally.
