Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for a Business development activities at PerfectKode Software Technologies. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Sales Lead with 2 – 4 years of IT sales experience to drive new business opportunities and manage client acquisition efforts.


Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Sales Lead to generate business through outbound and inbound sales activities.

• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → proposal → negotiation → closure.

• Identify new markets and customer needs for PerfectKode’s IT services and SaaS products.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and events.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

• Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.

• Conduct product demos, client meetings, and proposal presentations.

• Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and brand-building activities.

• Guide junior BDEs (if any) and share sales best practices.

• Maintain lead pipeline in CRM and report weekly progress to management.


Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 2 – 4 years of proven experience in IT Services / SaaS Sales (domestic or international market).

• Strong understanding of services like Web, Mobile Apps, SaaS Platforms, CRM/ERP, Payroll/HRM solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to build rapport with C-level executives and business owners.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
