Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Lead, located in the Mohali district. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and creating strategies to grow the client base. The Business Development Lead will handle lead generation, maintain client relationships, and evaluate customer needs to tailor solutions. This role requires regularly collaborating with team members to drive successful sales initiatives and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for digital marketing services
• Generate leads through outbound sales, inbound inquiries, networking, and partnerships
• Understand client requirements and propose customized digital marketing solutions
• Pitch services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Web Development, and Branding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
