Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager to join our team in the Mohali district. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and create strategic plans to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for conducting market research, preparing presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Additionally, you will provide regular reports on progress, forecast sales, and analyze market trends.

Qualifications

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales
Proficiency in market research, strategy development, and competitive analysis
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, IT services, and software solutions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Prior experience in the IT or digital marketing industry is highly desirable
