Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated

Business Development Intern

to join our team in Indore. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the recruitment & staffing industry, with opportunities to learn client acquisition, relationship management, and end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities in recruitment & staffing.
Support the BD team in client outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn networking.
Participate in preparing client proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
Coordinate with recruiters to understand client requirements and align sourcing efforts.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Maintain and update CRM/database of clients and prospects.
Support in developing long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service.

Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Management, HR, or related field).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in recruitment, staffing, and HR services.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
