Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our growing team. This paid internship is an excellent opportunity for engineering graduates interested in business strategy, sales support, and technical proposal development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to key activities driving enterprise growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing client proposals, including technical documentation and commercial quotes

• Conduct market research and support lead generation initiatives

• Prepare financial estimates and pricing sheets in coordination with internal stakeholders

• Liaise with external suppliers to gather inputs and quotations

• Coordinate with product and delivery teams to align proposals with capabilities

• Maintain internal databases, CRM records, and submission trackers

• Contribute to reporting, strategy decks, and sales communications

Who Should Apply

• Strong written and spoken communication skills

• Engineering graduates (preferably in Mechanical or Civil disciplines)

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

• Comfortable interacting with both technical and business teams

• Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
