Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, your role will involve overseeing all aspects of Business Development and Revenue Growth. This includes implementing strategies and policies related to the business, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and customers, addressing customer complaints promptly, and identifying and eliminating risk factors affecting the business. You will also be responsible for obtaining licenses and approvals related to products, services, and overall business operations. Additionally, you will regularly analyze business growth, identify areas for improvement, and set revenue targets to ensure achievement through continuous analysis of revenue data, employee performance, and client satisfaction. Moreover, you will be involved in identifying new business opportunities, innovations, and competitive market positioning, as well as exploring investor opportunities and negotiating business deals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain sustained relationships with stakeholders and customers - Address customer complaints and issues promptly - Identify and eliminate risk factors affecting the business - Obtain licenses and approvals related to business operations - Analyze business growth and identify underperforming products, services, and human assets - Identify areas for improvement, new product innovation, and new business opportunities - Set revenue targets and ensure their achievement through continuous analysis - Explore investor opportunities and negotiate in business deals Qualifications Required: - Strong business acumen and management skills - Updated knowledge of market trends - Proven track record of seeking new opportunities and exceeding targets - Self-driven, highly motivated, and able to handle work pressure - Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and sales figures - Expertise in negotiating and closing deals - Soft-spoken and empathetic with excellent relationship-building skills As per the job description, the company requires a candidate with 8 to 10 years of experience in a related field within any Financial Services Industry. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience in handling a large team or guiding team managers.
