Business Development Head

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 11 years of experience in the CNG conversion business, specifically in dealer network management. The ideal candidate should have good connections with dealers across India and be willing to travel extensively.

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the CNG conversion network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development activities.
• Monitor and report on business performance metrics to optimize results.

• Experience in RFI/RFQ processes is desirable.
• Technical knowledge of CNG operations and maintenance is essential.
• Strong understanding of the sales and marketing principles applied to the CNG conversion industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Willingness to travel extensively is expected.
