Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in our facilities management services across the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in sectors such as real estate, corporate offices, healthcare, education, and manufacturing. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the facilities management industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in Delhi NCR through market research, networking events, industry associations, and digital platforms. Develop a robust pipeline of leads for facilities management contracts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including property owners, facility managers, and procurement teams. Conduct needs assessments to tailor solutions that address client pain points.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and bids for facilities management services. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitable deals while meeting client expectations.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the facilities management sector within Delhi NCR. Provide insights to senior management for strategic planning.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Track and report on sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale. Provide feedback on service improvements based on client interactions.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all business development activities comply with local regulations, including those from bodies like the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs or environmental standards. Prepare regular reports on business development metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
