Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

Identify potential clients through calls, social media, field visits, and networking.
Convert inbound enquiries into active leads.
Present company services/products clearly and confidently.
Follow up with prospects and close deals.

2. Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Ensure timely communication and smooth onboarding.
Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues when needed.

3. Sales & Marketing Coordination

Work closely with the marketing team to drive campaigns.
Collect market insights and competitor information.
Support in creating promotional strategies and pitch materials.

4. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily/weekly reports of calls, leads, and conversions.
Update CRM or tracking sheets regularly.
Provide performance insights and suggestions to management.

5. Field Activities (If Required)

Visit clients, franchise prospects, or partners.
Participate in events, stalls, and sales activities.
Support other departments when needed (multi-tasking model).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
