Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify potential clients through calls, social media, field visits, and networking.
  • Convert inbound enquiries into active leads.
  • Present company services/products clearly and confidently.
  • Follow up with prospects and close deals.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure timely communication and smooth onboarding.
  • Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues when needed.

3. Sales & Marketing Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing team to drive campaigns.
  • Collect market insights and competitor information.
  • Support in creating promotional strategies and pitch materials.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily/weekly reports of calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Update CRM or tracking sheets regularly.
  • Provide performance insights and suggestions to management.

5. Field Activities (If Required)

  • Visit clients, franchise prospects, or partners.
  • Participate in events, stalls, and sales activities.
  • Support other departments when needed (multi-tasking model).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
