• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field
(required).
• MBA or equivalent business qualification (preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management
within a CRO, CDMO, or life sciences environment.
• Experience in selling or managing services in clinical trials such as Phase 1-IV,
clinical trial design services, study conduct from start-up through close-out, bio
analytical testing, regulatory submission, site management, biostatistical services,
follow-on studies related to safety, registries and Phase IV, and consulting services
including program management.
• Strong understanding of clinical research, regulatory services, and outsourcing
models.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-
oriented environment.
