Job Description

Role & responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. Use creative and effective methods to reach passive candidates. Candidate Screening : Conduct thorough resume reviews and initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. Perform phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' communication skills, experience, and cultural fit. Shortlist candidates for further evaluation by hiring managers. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the interview process. Provide necessary information and resources to both candidates and interviewers. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Collaborate on defining job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies. Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and candidate progress. Employer Branding: Represent the organization positively to candidates, conveying the company culture and values. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent. Actively participate in employer branding initiatives, both online and offline. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the MIS Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Negotiation and Offer Management: Manage salary negotiations and other terms of employment with candidates. Coordinate the preparation and delivery of job offers. Facilitate the acceptance of offers and smooth onboarding processes. Market Research and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment. Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence. Continuously adapt recruitment strategies to changing market conditions. Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback from candidates and hiring managers to improve the recruitment process. Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency. Stay updated on advancements in recruitment technology and methodologies. Preferred candidate profile *Hands on Experience in Recruitment (Banking Financial Services Recruitment Experience is plus) *Hands on experience in Client Management * Result Oriented individual
