Position Overview: The HR Recruiter is responsible for calling and engaging with candidates, arranging interviews, maintaining candidate data, and supporting the onboarding process. This role ensures a smooth hiring experience by coordinating between candidates and the HR team efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Call and connect with candidates for open positions. Explain job details and invite candidates for interviews. Maintain and update candidate data in Excel or recruitment software. Schedule and coordinate interviews with HR and department heads. Welcome and assist candidates during interviews. Inform candidates about interview results and next steps. Follow up with selected candidates until they join. Support onboarding activities document collection, ID card process, and joining confirmation. Maintain smooth communication between candidates and HR. Submit daily updates and reports to HR management. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in making and handling phone calls. Proficiency in Tamil, English, Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi (any 3 languages minimum preferred). Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, and data entry). Good coordination and follow-up ability.
