Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment Leadership:

    • Drive the talent acquisition strategy across functions and levels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to forecast hiring needs and plan recruitment accordingly.
  • Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
    • Set clear team goals, KPIs, and ensure high-quality delivery of recruitment services.
  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for all open roles across functions.
    • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Employer Branding & Talent Pipelining:

    • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to strengthen the employer brand across platforms and hiring channels.
    • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles and future requirements.
  • Process Improvement & Analytics:

    • Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes, tools, and platforms for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Leverage recruitment metrics and data to track performance, make informed decisions, and report on hiring status.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and acting as a consultative partner.
    • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when required.

Qualifications:

  • 1015 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale hiring and senior leadership hiring.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using modern ATS tools, recruitment analytics, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Excellent team leadership and mentoring abilities.

    Bengaluru
