Address students' concerns and provide timely solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and counseling sessions. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless student experience. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Previous experience in academic counseling or related field is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with MS Office and database management. Willingness to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment. Comfortable working in a remote setting.
