About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value B2B deals with

    US-based clients.

  • Independently

    generate leads

    through LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, and creative prospecting methods.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a

    strong sales pipeline

    using CRM tools.
  • Create and deliver

    engaging presentations, proposals, and sales decks

    (Docs, PPTs, PDFs).
  • Design

    sales funnels, outreach workflows, and follow-up strategies

    to maximize conversions.
  • Conduct

    consultative meetings, demos, and requirement sessions

    with potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and scopes with

    C-level executives and decision-makers.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with

    marketing, technical, and delivery teams

    to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, lead quality, response rates, deal velocity, and closure ratios.
  • Continuously stay updated with

    market trends, competitive insights, and emerging digital opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience

    in international B2B sales, specifically targeting

    US clients.

  • Proven ability to

    independently generate quality leads

    and close deals consistently.
  • Exceptional English fluency,

    both spoken and written, with a

    neutral, US, or British accent

    considered a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in

    proposal writing, sales documentation, and business communication.

  • Skilled in

    Google Docs, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools

    (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of

    consultative, solution-based, and strategic selling.

  • Experience in

    designing sales funnels, client journeys, and outbound sales campaigns.

  • Exposure to

    IT, SaaS, Digital Marketing, or Automation-based service sales.

  • Comfortable working across

    US time zones

    and maintaining professional communication standards.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and

    objection-handling skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience working with

    digital or IT agencies

    catering to global clients.
  • Familiarity with

    enterprise-level sales cycles

    and

    account-based marketing (ABM)

  • Experience in

    sales automation, CRM optimization, and outbound system setup.

  • Ability to contribute to

    sales playbooks, pricing strategies, and pitch templates.
