Business Development ExecutiveExperince: Fresher Responsibilities: Lead Generation:Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.Utilize various channels, such as online research, networking, and referrals, to generate leads. Sales Strategy:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling value propositions tailored to specific client needs.Stay informed about industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Understand client needs and objectives and provide customized solutions.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges. Communication Skills:Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/ services to potential clients.Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from lead generation to the sales closing process.Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients. Sales Metrics and Reporting:Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
