Senior Business Development Executive (BDE)


Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Growth & Market Penetration
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies

    to expand market share, increase revenue, and penetrate new target sectors.

    and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and potential strategic partnerships.

3. Negotiation and Proposal Development
  • Negotiate complex commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements

    to secure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
  • Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven proposals and presentations

    that clearly articulate the company’s value proposition and tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and favorable terms.


4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Mentorship
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Service Delivery teams

    to ensure strategic alignment and the successful rollout of new offerings.
  • Provide valuable

    market feedback

    to internal teams to guide product development and service improvements.
  • Mentor and coach junior BDEs

    on advanced sales techniques, market analysis, and high-level client engagement strategies.


Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 3

    + years

    of progressive experience in Business Development, strategic sales, or a similar revenue-generating role, with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strategic Acumen:

    Exceptional ability to

    think strategically

    , analyze market data, and translate high-level business goals into actionable sales plans.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Expert-level
