Business Development Executive (Formlabs 3D Printing Solutions)


About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote and grow Formlabs 3D Printing Solutions across targeted industries. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth by presenting Formlabs printers, materials, and workflow solutions to prospects.


Key Responsibilities:

1-    Sales & Business Growth:

·      Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads for Formlabs 3D printers and materials.

·      Conduct market research to target potential industries: manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, medical, R&D labs, consumer products, and education.

·      Manage end-to-end sales cycle—prospecting, presentations, product demos, proposals, negotiation, and closures.

·      Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.


2-    Customer Relationship Management

·      Engage with decision-makers such as R&D Heads, Design Managers, Plant Heads, CTOs, and Procurement Teams.

·      Conduct technical discussions with customers to understand their prototyping and production needs.

·      Ensure timely follow-up, lead nurturing, and conversion.


3-    Product Demonstration & Solution Selling

·      Present Formlabs hardware, software, and materials portfolio.

·      Conduct product demonstrations (virtual or onsite) for printers such as Form 3+, Form 3L, Fuse 1+, etc.

·      Suggest appropriate solutions based on customer applications.


4-    Coordination & Reporting

·      Work closely with internal technical teams for POCs, demos, and installation support.

·      Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecast data.

·      Participate in exhibitions, events, webinars, and customer workshops.


Skills & Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant field.

·      1–4 years of experience in B2B sales (3D printing, CAD/CAM, automation, industrial machinery, or manufacturing solutions preferred).

·      Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·      Ability to understand technical concepts and explain product benefits.

·      Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field travel.
