Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to drive growth in our Onboarding & Reskilling solutions, including content development offerings. The ideal candidate will support sales efforts across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India and international markets by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting sales campaigns to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business and revenue growth for Onboarding & Reskilling offerings and custom content development solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with decision-makers such as Learning & Development Heads, Business Unit Heads, IT Directors, and CTOs.
  • Create, update, and manage a structured database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
  • Execute targeted sales campaigns across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Own and meet booking, revenue, and margin targets across PAN India and select international markets.
  • Educate prospective customers on offerings to accelerate adoption and maximize value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Content, Marketing, Delivery) to align solutions to client needs.
  • Analyze sales performance, campaign success, and account metrics to refine strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities including both upselling within existing accounts and generating new business.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Good understanding of B2B sales cycles and corporate buying behavior
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities in a structured way
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel across India (if required) for client meetings and events
  • Passionate about learning, reskilling, and the future of work


Ideal Candidate profile:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles. (Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales are welcome.)
  • Industry Exposure:

    Experience or interest in EdTech, SaaS, Corporate Training, or HR Tech is a plus.
