Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products/services to effectively communicate value proposition to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for acquiring new clients.
Conduct cold calls, emails, meetings, and other outreach activities to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.

Studying Competitors products and service.
Have Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
Daily team task calling on database, generating new lead, generating walk-ins, sales of branch admission and online portal, field visit, counseling, admission conversion, seminar calling, follow up calls for admission.
Able to handle queries, rigorous as far as closing is considered
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Handling team of executive market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
2-5 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation role.
Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone or email.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets for new client acquisition.
Proficiency in using CRM software (HubSpot/Zoho) for tracking leads and managing relationships.
