Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients. Conduct field work to identify client needs and provide solutions using direct marketing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales plans and execute outside sales activities. Utilize MBA marketing knowledge to understand customer behavior and preferences. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the financial services industry. MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably). Strong understanding of direct marketing principles and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
