Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) focused on Lead Generation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will engage with potential customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs, introduce our products/services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and chats to prospective customers to introduce the company and identify interest. Respond to inbound customer inquiries and route them appropriately for sales follow-up. Understand customer needs and match them with the appropriate product or service. Qualify leads using pre-defined criteria and record information in the CRM system. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and lead status. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and optimize lead conversion. Follow up on marketing campaigns, webinars, or events to capture and nurture leads. Provide feedback from customer interactions to help improve service quality and product offerings. Meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to lead volume, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
