Key Responsibilities:

Busy Software

✔ Update customers & sales team on stock availability and lead time

✔ Perform rate comparisons and margin analysis

Proforma Invoices

✔ Maintain order forecasts and follow up on partial orders

✔ Drive repeat and new orders through proactive customer engagement

Who Should Apply:

🔹 2–3 years’ experience in CSR / Sales Support (Semiconductor Industry mandatory)

🔹 Hands-on experience with Busy Software or ERP

🔹 Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills

🔹 Good understanding of pricing, margins, and order lifecycle
