Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in New Delhi. The key responsibilities include managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries or complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, supporting team objectives, and fostering effective communication with clients and partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong ability to deliver exceptional Customer Experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving capabilities and an empathetic approach to addressing customer needs
• Proficiency in using customer service tools and CRM software
• Prior experience in logistics or supply chain sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
