Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and coordinate with internal teams. The ideal candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service, maintain records, and upsell new products where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Calls:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer queries.
• Upsell relevant products after resolving customer concerns.

Outbound Calls:

• Conduct delivery feedback calls.
• Confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• Investigate and verify reasons behind customer return requests.
• Maintain an accurate Excel record of all outbound call interactions.

Email & Chat Support:

• Respond to customer queries via email and chat.
• Draft new emails for customers, vendors, and internal teams for coordination.
• Address customer concerns received through social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle 70-100 calls per day.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
