Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger and ensure timely closing of books (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Work with CA for TDS, GST, and ITR filings

Financial Reporting

• Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports
• Track budget vs. actual performance; analyze cost and profitability metrics
• Generate reports for investor decks and internal review

eCommerce Finance Operations

• Reconcile payment gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, Cashfree etc.) and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
• Monitor COD collections, RTO losses, and logistics billing
• Maintain accurate sales, refund, and commission records

Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
• Coordinate with auditors for financial audits and statutory compliance
• Maintain documentation for ROC filings, vendor contracts, and legal obligations

Budgeting & Strategic Planning

• Prepare budgets and forecasts in line with growth plans
• Assist founders in capital allocation and business planning
• Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost control and margin improvement

Vendor & Payroll Management

• Process vendor invoices and maintain payment schedules
• Manage payroll and employee reimbursements
• Ensure timely payments and maintain vendor relationships

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com/M.Com or CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred
• 1–6 years of hands-on experience in finance & accounts (startup/eCommerce is a plus)
• Strong command of Tally, Excel, and accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
