As a Finance & Account Executive at our Faridabad office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating good knowledge of accounting principles and best practices - Accurately preparing journal entries and recording financial transactions - Reconciling and balancing the general ledger, as well as tracking any deviations from the budget - Creating, processing, and distributing invoices - Generating financial statements, conducting aging analysis, and preparing reports - Handling the preparation and filing of tax returns, while ensuring compliance with local accounting laws and regulations - Managing company accounts effectively - Utilizing your data entry skills efficiently - Having hands-on experience in invoice processing, debtors and creditors reconciliation - Willingness to learn and contribute in all 3 towers (P2P, O2C, R2R) of accounting Preferred experience and qualifications for this role include: - 2-5 years of relevant experience - UG/PG in Commerce Stream - Proficiency in bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intact, PDI, SAP, Oracle, or Tally - Excellent communication skills - Advanced Excel skills, including a strong understanding of basic Excel formulas like V-lookup, If function, H-lookup, Sum, Pivot table, etc., and proficient typing skills - Relevant experience in the same domain This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance.
