Executive - Accounts and Finance

Looking for a young and dynamic individual who is willing to take an active part in our Growth story in the Landscape industry. The Candidate will have exposure to supporting large projects with MNCs and HNI individuals. The candidate should be hungry and eager to learn and grow with the organization and also most importantly be able to carry out his/ her responsibilities individually.

The candidate should have good experience in handling the following finance and accounts related activities:

1. Proficient in Tally Prime - To include all types of entries and report generation

2. GST - Preparation of sales and purchase leaders to support filing of GSTR 1 & 3B and also reconciliation of GST credit with the GST Portal.

3. Banking - Preparation of Receipts and Payment ledger and reconciliation of the same with the the Bank statements. Coordination with the Bank for submission of reports.

4. Maintenance of Debtors and Creditors - Preparation and keeping upto date the ledgers debtors and creditors. Preparation of ageing and follow ups on outstanding.

5. Stock Statement - Maintaining of the stock statement. To include physical checks and coordination with the factory/ Nursery for the same.

6. Other Activities - All other activities to support the Finance and Accounts teams in carrying out the daily responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
• CA: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil (Preferred)
