Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven business development executive to drive sales growth
for our Interior Turnkey and modular furniture projects. The successfull candidate will be responsible for
identifying new business opportunities by generating leads by undertaking extensive field visits, building
relationships with potential clients, Architects, consultants, PMCs, Multi national companies, Hotel
Chains, upcoming Hospital clients and close project deals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Interior Turnkey and Modular Furniture projects
with a minimum carpet area of 3000 square feet for Interior Turnkey Project and Modular furniture with a
minimum ticket size of Rs. 20 lakhs. (We cannot undertake Interior Projects below carpet Area of 3000
square feet and modular furniture order of less than Rs. 20 lakhs).
* Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, Architects, Consultants, PMCs, MNCs, Hotel
chains, Hospital client.
* Conduct extensive field visits to generate new leads for upcoming projects in the designated area.
* Conducting preliminary meetings with potential leads and presenting our company profile and
executed projects to showcase our capabilites and solutions.
* Arranging visits of company Director with the senior management of the client/ Architects and decision
makers to take the relationship to the next level.
* Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and quotations to potential clients.
* Maintaing sales tracker daily to ensure regular followups are done.
* Reaching out to purchase departments, senior management and project personels of the multi
national companies over linkedin and arrange meetings to explore long term opportunities. (Minimum
ticket size is not applicable for MNCs, we can start with small projects and small modular furniture
requirements for MNCs to start the relationship.
* Stay updated on Industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
* Cold calling to generate new leads.
* Sending professional emails, following up with clients, and schedule meetings through calendar invites
to ensure timely communication and enagagements.
* Generating leads through strategic outreach at Industry events, email campaigns and networking.
* Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing and policies.
* Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
* Report daily with photos & location of site visits over whatsapp daily and plan for the day in the
morning.
Required
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in any field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation in relevant field,
preferably in interior design or construction Industry.
* Excellent communication skills - English (Written & Verbal)
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently
* Willing to undertake extensive field visits
* Self Motivated, confident and hardworking
* Personal 2 wheeler/ 4 wheeler for feild visits
