Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Project Coordinator, located in Vadodara. The Interior Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating various interior design projects. Daily tasks include liaising with clients to understand their requirements, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring project deliverables meet the highest standards. The role also involves site visits to monitor work progress and quality, and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Project management, scheduling, and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Knowledge of interior design principles and modular furniture
• Experience with the use of CNC machinery and tools
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and project management tools
• Ability to conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Previous experience in the interior design or construction industry is an advantage
