Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Project Coordinator based in Mumbai. The Interior Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating interior design projects from conception to completion. Daily tasks include liaising with clients and contractors, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all work meets the company’s quality standards. The coordinator will also conduct site visits, manage procurement of materials, and address any issues that arise during the project’s execution.

Qualifications

• Ability to liaise effectively with clients and contractors
• Experience in overseeing budgets and timelines
• Knowledge of procurement and sourcing of materials
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in the interior designing or construction industry is a plus
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software
