Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Interior Site Supervisor located in Mumbai. The Junior Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Duties include coordinating with contractors, managing materials and supplies, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and troubleshooting any issues that arise on-site. The role involves regular reporting to senior project managers, keeping accurate documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met. Qualifications Experience in site supervision, project management, and on-site coordination Knowledge in Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical work, and Civil work related to interior projects Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design Proficiency in project management software and tools Show more Show less
