We are seeking a Junior Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day site operations for commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with 2-3 years of experience in site supervision, ensuring that projects are executed according to design specifications and timelines, while maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Supervision: Monitor and supervise the daily activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, including challenges and solutions, to project managers and stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the necessary quality standards and design requirements before sign-off.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Material Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, and manage inventory to prevent delays.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Project, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in interior site supervision, specifically within the commercial sector.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant field. A degree would be advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders including designers, contractors, and clients.
• Strong understanding of commercial interior design principles and practices.
