Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Site Supervisor who is responsible, hardworking, and capable of managing on-site execution with accuracy and discipline. The role requires daily coordination with labour teams, vendors, and contractors while ensuring that work progresses as per drawings, timelines, and quality standards.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site, solving problems, coordinating activities, and bringing design concepts to life.

What You’ll DoSite Supervision & Coordination

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate labour, materials, contractors, and on-ground teams.
• Supervise carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, POP, and all interior execution functions.
• Assign tasks to ground-level workers and ensure work discipline on site.
• Assist in coordinating deliveries of materials and equipment.

Technical & Quality Oversight

• Read and interpret technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Ensure execution aligns with drawings and client-approved specifications.
• Conduct quality checks for workmanship, dimensions, materials, and installation.
• Maintain records of materials delivered and consumed on-site.

Project Planning & Problem-Solving

• Plan daily and weekly work schedules in an organised manner.
• Identify on-site issues and provide practical, quick solutions.
• Communicate effectively with workers, contractors, and internal design teams.
• Visit multiple sites as required and monitor progress consistently.

RequirementsTechnical Skills

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD (basic reading understanding is sufficient).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Understanding of interior site execution elements, including:
• Furniture & fixtures
• Carpentry & POP
• Plumbing & electrical
• Flooring & tiles
• Paints & finishes

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable team player.
• Pleasant personality and professional, presentable demeanour.

Other Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler for travel between sites.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
